Mr. Robert Panzera, (President, Net-Comm Associates)

    Mr. Panzera has experience in the Data Processing field spanning from the late
1960s. His expertise as a designer and implementer of generalized report writers
and mainframe scale data base compilers exposed him to a large cross section of
applications and industries. His work involved assignments with such clients as
NYNEX, Mellon Bank, A&P, Price Waterhouse, Coopers & Lybrand, Chemical Bank,
IBM, Bell South, US West, and the US Government {Private Sector}.

    Mr. Panzera has always remained technical, while still attaining senior level
positions at several companies. In the early 1980's he formed his own company,
NET-COMM Associates, Inc., and secured several contracts with major
telecommunication companies, financial companies and the federal government.
Mr. Panzera was involved from the beginning with the deregulation of the Bell system
providing an opportunity to develop and market several services in this new and
expansive field. Besides developing software and proving technical support, Mr.
Panzera has taught both corporate clients and college classes in Data Processing,
Data Base Theory, and the use of high level report writers.

    In the mid 1990s, Mr. Panzera has expanded his company to cover the growing
small business environment and the use of networked office systems. During Mr.
Panzera’s career he has engaged in the development of report generating software
that produced 8+ million dollars in software sales.  In addition, was instrumental in
the redesign and implementation of a billing recovery system for a major utility
company that resulted in a revenue recovery in excess of 24 million dollars annually.

    As a specialist in data communications he established a team that assisted in
the installation and monitoring of several national telecommunication networks. The
resulting network saved the company more than 1 billion dollars annually in
telecommunication charges. This engagement secured a multi-year contract to
provide telecommunication services to the Federal Government.

    Mr. Panzera’s career has led to positions as Manager Software Development,
Director of Information Systems, Senior Partner/Technical Services, President (Data
Processing/Telecommunication Services).

    Mr. Panzera currently holds a Bachelor of Science – Mathematics, Master of
Science - Computer Science and a Phd candidate - Information Theory
